We collect data to enable the processing of Almshouse and Grant applications and to respond to queries submitted via the Contact Us form.  It will only be shared with Trustees for these purposes and will not be shared with any third parties.

You may have access to your personal data on request and you can also ask for the personal data which we hold to be deleted.

It is part of the Trustees’ responsibilities to ensure that applicants for Almshouses are suitably qualified under the terms of the charity’s governing instrument. Trustees therefore, may need to investigate the personal circumstances of applicants. The personal data supplied on this form, and other information relating to an Almshouse appointment will be held on file. Some details may be checked with relevant organisations, but none will be disclosed for an inappropriate purpose. You may have access to your personal information on request.
