Governance

The Trust meets four times per year. In addition, there are three committees which also meet at least four times per year: Almshouses, Finance and General Purposes.

Full Trust meetings are chaired by Town Reeve. Each committee elects its Chair annually.

The Trust holds an annual meeting (usually held on the first Tuesday in December) which is open to the public. The new Town Reeve is unveiled at this meeting.
